FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for removing old track and laying new one. Proposed machine 1 consists of frame 6 resting on running gears and its laying device 21 designed for laying new ties 3. Tie transportation device 47 designed for carrying new ties 3 consists of first transportation line 49 with re-loading end 52 located behind tie laying device 21 and second transportation line 51 passing under first transportation line 49 lengthwise the machine and designed for taking ties 3 from re-loading end 52. Both transportation lines 49, 51 are provided with turnable device 57. Invention provides machine for re-construction of track by means of which ties can be transferred in space between tie laying device and tie taking device so that sufficient room for mounting additional working sets is left.
