FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine includes machine frame consisting of two parts arranged one after the other, it is made for resting on rail track through running mechanisms on ends and is provided with joint connecting both parts of frame and also tie layer and tie receiver for lifting the ties. Machine frame is expanded upwards in joint are by means of drive connecting frame parts with endless cleaning device for receiving ballast made for rotation and arranged between tie layer and tie receiver, and first belt conveyor for delivering the ballast. With machine moving straight ahead, new ties are delivered by tie transporting device arranged in longitudinal direction towards tie layer. Ballast discharge device, discharge end of second belt conveyor passing in longitudinal direction of machine and designed for transportation of ballast and ballast leveler adjustable in height by means of drive are arranged between cleaning device and tie layer. EFFECT: possibility of operation at optimum reconstruction of rail track and cleaning of ballast base. 3 cl, 4 dwg
