FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at assembling and balancing of sectional rotors of turbomachines, particularly, rotors of aircraft gas turbine engines, gas turbine starters and auxiliary power plants. Method comes to selection of relative angular positions of parts of rotor pack, tightening the pack and subsequent balancing carried out two times, at nominal tightening force and at tightening equal to 10-20% of nominal value. Condition of rotor assembly is defined by normalized value of changes of unbalanced which, at small value corresponding to normal, makes it possible to deliver rotor for assembling f engine and at increased value of unbalance rotor is to be sent for re-assembling of pack in process of which relative angular position of parts in rotor pack is determined again and if necessary, separate parts are furnished or replaced. EFFECT: prevention of unbalancing of rotors caused by bending of rotor shaft at clamping of pack of parts on shaft.
