FIELD: measurement technology, quantitative determination of concentration of individual components in multicomponent gas mixture. SUBSTANCE: photothermoacoustic gas analyzer includes two optical channels with identical sources of wide-band optical radiation and computer. Three dishes ( filtering, measurement and registering ) are installed in first channel on optical axis of source, three dishes ( filtering, comparison and registering ) are installed on optical axis of source in second channel. Analyzed gas mixture is pumped through measurement dish, comparison dish is filled with zero gas and both registering dishes are filled with gas whose concentration should be determined in composition of examined gas mixture. Salient feature of gas analyzer lies in insertion of additional electric pulse generator, time interval meter and two pairs of acoustically intermatched radiators and detectors of ultrasonic oscillations. Pairs of detectors are placed inside of registering dishes. EFFECT: raised sensitivity and noise immunity of gas analyzer. 1 dwg
