FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed wind gage is placed in stationary air medium with arbitrary air temperature, switched to measurement mode to compare the wind velocity measured by said wind gage with air velocity in stationary air medium which should agree. Final compliance of metrological characteristics of ultrasound wind gage with certificate data is defined after conversion of sound pulses emitted by wind gage acoustic emitters into electric pulses. Note here that propagation of sound pulses via air medium is ruled out. Note also that obtained electric pulses are retained for time ti set by the user and defined by preset mathematical formula.
EFFECT: accelerated testing.
