FIELD: food industry, system inspecting quality of alcohol products. SUBSTANCE: procedure provides for placement of dish in path of optical beam with wave length 1250-1350 nm and for measurement of radiation absorption of source in dish with analyzed solution. Obtained results are processed and strength of solution is calculated. Facility incorporates computer, coupler, radiator with length of radiation wave in range 1250-1350 n, beam-splitting plate, dish with solution, measurement photodetector coupled optically. Output of photodetector is connected to computer through coupler. EFFECT: increased precision of determination of content of alcohol in solutions. 3 cl, 4 dwg
