FIELD: radio engineering, passive radio control in two- and multichannel systems meant for direction finding and possessing single antenna system capable of simultaneous indication of direction of arrival of various signals. SUBSTANCE: process includes coherent reception of signals by reference antenna and by all antennas incorporated in N-element array, synchronous conversion of received signals to digital signals, restoration of complex spectra of reference and of each n-th antenna from digital signals with use of digital Fourier transformer, convolution of spectral components of complex-conjugate reference and spectral components of the rest of antennas, establishment of complex amplitudes and calculation of angular spectrum in junction points of guidance grating of antenna array and determination of azimuthal and elevation bearings. Novelty of invention lies in determination of bearing by maximum of real part of complex angular spectrum with use of nonuniform guidance grating of antenna array adapted to relief of function of real part of complex angular spectrum with the aid of method of search for unidimensional global extremum. EFFECT: increased precision of taking bearings with maintenance of volume of utilized computer resources. 2 dwg
