FIELD: forming of speckle-structurized laser radiation. SUBSTANCE: the method for forming of speckle-structurized laser radiation consists in the first diffuse scattering of laser radiation, and then channeling of radiation along its propagation by diffuse reflection from the surface, the scattered radiation in the process of channeling is additionally passed through a scattering refracting element. The ophthalmologic laser speckle-stimulator has a laser, transmitting diffuse light flux scatterer, reflector whose inner surface is made as a body of revolution expanding in section, and a dulled fluorescent screen, the light flux scatterer is installed in the smaller base of the reflector, the fluorescent screen - in its larger base, and the reflector inner surface is made as a diffusively reflecting one. EFFECT: provided a high economical efficiency of the process of forming of speckle-structurized laser radiation with a uniform distribution of its intensity in the spot of its gating. 5 cl, 4 dwg
