FIELD: optical information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: the frequency of radar radiation is tuned at intervals that are less than the speed of response of the human eye and with frequency deviation value Δν exceeding the inverse value of time delay of laser radiation in the driver Δτ. Used in the device as a driver of space and time speckles is a multimode optical fiber, whose length is determined from relationship L=k·Δτ, where K- is the coefficient determining the dispersion of multi-mode fiber. The device for suppression of speckles in optical scanning displays at creation of a color image is also offered.
EFFECT: provided suppression of laser speckles at conservation of spatial resolution of the coherent optical system, reduced loss of laser power and provided maximum optical resolution of the display.
