SUBSTANCE: facility for multidirectional communication incorporates M antenna elements 1 ( with M≤3, ), unit 2 of transceiving modules, M units 3 of power dividers of receiving path, M modules 4 of directional pattern formers, commutation unit 5, N units 6 of controlled adders ( with 2≤N≤M ), N receivers, N units 8 evaluating reception quality, unit 9 controlling power redistribution, unit 10 controlling formation of directional patterns, transmitter 11, unit 12 of time-division multiplexing, unit 13 of control over junction and terminal offices and couplings between elements of facility. If required signal-to-noise ratio is not achieved across input of one receiver then frequency adaptation of corresponding receiver of junction office and of transmitter of terminal office is realized by way of redistribution of power of received signal between inputs of all receivers of facility. This approach leads to increased reliability of reception of information in process of multidirectional radio communication under conditions of radio interference. EFFECT: high reliability of multidirectional radio communication under conditions of radio interference due to frequency adaptation. 2 dwg
