FIELD: radio engineering; multidirectional radio communication systems for known directions to distant stations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed multidirectional communications device has M antennas, where M > 3, set of transceiver modules, M receiving-channel power splitter units, M directivity pattern shaping modules, N demodulators, where 2 < N < M, N reception quality estimating units, directivity-pattern shaping control unit, and unit for controlling junction and terminal stations; novelty is introduction of N high-frequency signal units, N optimal addition units, N demodulators, and relevant connections which has enabled organization of optimal addition circuit that generates signal for each direction of communications, signal amplitude being proportional to square of amplitude of signal copy having highest signal-to-noise ratio.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of multidirectional communications in radio noise environment.
