SUBSTANCE: invention proposes lotion comprising: (a) therapeutically effective amount of active vitamin D3; (b) component of oily phase comprising solid oily component comprising white vaseline and higher alcohol and liquid oily component comprising squalan also; (c) component of an aqueous phase comprising ionic polysaccharide; (d) nonionic surface-active substance; (1) content of indicated ionic polysaccharide is from 0.3 to 1.0 weight part of total weight of preparation; (2) content of indicated higher alcohol is from 0.2 to 1.0 weight part of total weight of preparation; (3) HLB value of indicated nonionic surface-active substance is 10 or above. Lotion is suitable for application of hair sites exhibiting the satisfactory pharmacological activity, stability of basic medicinal component and physical stability.
