SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition for local administration, including therapeutically efficient amount of adapalen or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester, clindamycin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester and hydrophilic matrix in amount from 0.1 wt % to 5 wt %, containing carbomer. Invention also relates to method for production of specified composition, which includes production of dispersed phase of adapalen, production of solution containing clindamycin, production of hydrophilic matrix phase and mixing specified solutions.
EFFECT: invention provides for permanent and even release of active pharmaceutical ingredients, increased efficiency and low side effects.
