SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutics, more specifically a pharmaceutical composition in the form of an anhydrous Vaseline-free ointment and polyorganosiloxane elastomer. The offered composition contains: at least one vitamin D derivative, glyceryl behenate, its derivatives or their mixtures, at least one solvent having a boiling point min. 40°C, at least one fatty substance. The vitamin D derivative is specified in calcipotriol, calcitriol, doxercalciferol, secalcitol, maxacalcitol, seocalcitol, tacalcitol, paricalcitol, falecalcitol, 1α,24S-dihydroxyvitamin D2, 1(S),3(R)-dihydroxy-20(R)-[((3-(2-hydroxy-2-propyl)phenyl)methoxy)methyl]-9,10-secopregnane-5(Z),7(E), 10(19)triene and {4-[6-ethyl-4'-(1-ethyl-1-hydroxypropyl)-2'-propylbiphenyl-3-yloxymethyl]-2-hydroxymethyl phenyl}methanole. What is also presented is a method for preparing said composition which prevents the active substance from decomposition due to mixing an active an inactive phase at room temperature.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparing the anhydrous Vaseline-free pharmaceutical composition having a viscosity equivalent to that of Vaseline ointments with the composition having long-term stability.
