SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to pharmacology and describes a pharmaceutical composition for the local treatment of psoriasis, which includes calcipotriol or calcipotriol monohydrate as an active component, a water-free lipid carrier and a three-component isotropic dissolving mixture, containing 30-60 wt % of a hydrophilic non-ionogenic surface-active substance, 20-40% of a lipophilic non-ionogenic additional surface-active substance and 15-40 wt % of C6-22 acylglyceride.
EFFECT: invention can be applied for the treatment of psoriasis, as well as for supporting processing of the patients' skin after the disappearance of visible symptoms to prevent disease manifestation symptoms.
