SUBSTANCE: fixable wrench has body with end-piece corresponding to mating part seat, balls located in holes perpendicular to longitudinal axis of body, first spring located in body for exerting action on rod running through axial holes of body and end-piece with two coaxial cylindrical surfaces and taper surface connecting them. Balls project beyond outer surface of end-piece locking wrench in circular dimple of seat. On side opposite to end-piece, rod is connected with fork and handle optimized for operator s full-pressure suit. Wrench is provided with cylindrical clasp having eccentric bore with flat surface perpendicular to its longitudinal axis; it is also provided with longitudinal slot. Rod had radial hole; body is also provided with hole. Cylindrical clasp passes through radial hole in rod and hole in body. Second spring located inside body and provided with adjusting screw acts cylindrical clap; pin passes through longitudinal slot of cylindrical clasp. Rod has flat surface perpendicular to axis of its radial hole. Flat surface of cylindrical clasp may coincide with said flat surface of rod under action of compressed second spring.
