FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: depressants are prepared via reaction of synthetic C21-C25-fatty acids with polyethylenepolyamines followed by condensation with toluylene diisocyanate at total molar ratio (1.18- 2.6):1.0:(0.1-2.5), respectively. At concentrations of depressant in diesel fuel 0.005, 0.025, and 0.1 wt %, pour point of fuel lowers from 5 to 24 C. Depression of pour point when compared to prototype does not exceed 1-3 C. EFFECT: enhanced depressant efficiency. 2 tbl
