FIELD: road building machinery. SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel excavator has truck-tractor and working equipment including rotor secured on axle on end of boom whose pivot is installed on turnable, catching conveyor built into boom, outfeed conveyor. Rotor made in form of two wheels is arranged on hollow axle. Turnable consists of two platforms installed one over the other for movement relative to each other. Pivot of boom is installed on lower platform of turnable to provided extension of boom with rotor, moving them forward and backward and swinging in vertical plane. Catching conveyor is installed for movement along boom. Outfeed conveyor is installed on upper platform of turnable. Working equipment is furnished with extensible ripper.
