FIELD: mining industry, particularly, methods of reuse of worn- out roller-cutter drilling bits. SUBSTANCE: method includes rejecting of going- out of service drilling bits, their washing in kerosene, cleaning and separation of roller-cutters. Legs together with roller-cutters are cut-off perpendicular to bit axis, at base. Milled on formed surface is radial recess into which two different in height conical stepped plates are installed crosswise. High plate base is made in compliance with shape and depth of radial recess and fixed. EFFECT: reduced cost of drilling bit reconditioning. 3 cl, 5 dwg
