SUBSTANCE: method includes using biometrical information about plastic card user, converting it into code, and matching code obtained with personal identification code residing on card; in order to convert biometrical information into personal identification code for recording biometrical information, user employs personal numeric key known to this user only and composed of bankstored part A and part B; user also keys-in with aid of this numeric key to read out and record biometrical information; in the process part A of numeric key is sent to bank through lines of communication lines, and in case of arrival of signal confirming validity of indicated numeric key segment along with coincidence of card-user biometrical information conversion into code with personal identification code of user residing on card, signal of plastic card user authenticity is shaped.
