FIELD: telecommunication systems. SUBSTANCE: telecommunication system depending for its operation on sequential relaying of data streams in radio and optical wavebands from one mobile object to another including disposition of these data steams in clusters of stable traffic has fixed base station, mobile base station, and mobile repeaters disposed on mobile objects. One of mobile repeaters and mobile base station incorporating repeater are disposed in first cluster of traffics. Other mobile repeaters are placed in second cluster of traffics. Traffic clusters are disposed in space for producing data stream propagation areas between them due to their re-reflection from mobile repeaters of one cluster to mobile repeaters of other cluster along broken line.
