SUBSTANCE: one should introduce radiopharmpreparation as aerosol through nebulizer during the period sufficient to fill respiratory pathways all the way of bronchial tree. One should obtain data for isotope distribution in bronchial tree due to radiodiagnostic system including gamma-chamber and personal computer. One should analyze withdrawal kinetics by characteristic curve. Composition of aerosol contains technetium isotope (99mTc) • 1-10 weight% as active component; as a filler one should use 0.9%-NaCl solution. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 4 dwg, 3 tbl
