FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used for treating occupational chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the mining and metallurgical industry workers. For this purpose, in the morning on an empty stomach or in 40-60 minutes after meal ultrasonic inhalations are performed using 10 ml 1 % placenta hydrolysate solution at solution temperature of 35 °C during 10 minutes. After inhalations workers are exposed to ultrasound generated by UST-101 apparatus with diameter of the radiating head of 4 cm, Pantogel gel is pre-applied on the exposure areas. Herewith a patient in the position of ventral decubitus is exposed to two paravertebral fields from the level of t2-t8 with ultrasound intensity of 0.2 WT/cm2. Then the exposure is performed in the sitting position on two lateral fields and two subclavian fields with intensity of 0.4 WT/cm2. Exposure time is 2 minutes for each field, pulse mode 2-4 Ms. Additionally, during afternoon patients are lowered into four-chamber radon baths with a temperature of 35-36 °C with radon concentration of 40 NCI/l, for 10 minutes. Therapeutic course is 10 daily 10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides faster resolution of the pathological process in pulmonary tissue, preventing developing complications and further formation of chronic process in the lungs, reduced daily ingestion of secretolytics and bronchial spasmolytic and application of it by inhalation, increased remission period during chronic process, including due to manifested secretolytic effect, high bronchial tree draining effect, normalizing the state of respiratory tract local immunity.
