FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with manufacturing standard samples according to accepted technology for manufacturing metal-ceramic dentures (MCD) including casting of metal foundation, treatment of its surface, application of ceramic layers and glazing; measuring parameters for spectrums of electronic paramagnetic resonance (EPR): I - intensity of signal, C - contents of paramagnetic centers, ΔH - half widths of line in standard samples at every stage of manufacturing; making (I, C, ΔH) nomograms according to each parameter and data bank of these nomograms. While manufacturing MCD one should simultaneously and by the same technology manufacture reference sample; one should measure parameters of EPR spectrums of reference sample at each stage of its manufacturing to be compared to those in data bank nomograms to conclude upon correctly applied technology of manufacturing. After glazing both standard and reference samples one should test these ones by screen electronic microscopy to determine the state of samples' surface - cracks, shearings, bubbles, pores, alien inclusions, transillumination of cast part, and due to roentgenological microassay it is possible to detect chemical composition of samples' surface.
