FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ionizing radiation dosimeter. Method of dosimetry of photon and corpuscular ionizing radiation comprises steps of measuring concentrations of paramagnetic centres created during irradiation with ionizing radiation of a sensitive substance of a detector, made in the form of a cylinder with diameter of 5 mm and height of 1 mm, by electron paramagnetic resonance method, wherein sensitive substance of detector used is polytetrafluoroethylene, having structural formula (C2F4)n, after measurement, the same detector is placed into a lightproof chamber on a heating element placed therein, detector is heated at rate of 0.33–1.00 °C/min and using a photo-recording device, the input window of which is located opposite the detector, thermally stimulated luminescence is recorded in the temperature range of 50–240 °C, by the output of which, the absorbed radiation dose is determined.

EFFECT: increase sensitivity, reliability, accuracy and simplification of measurements.
