FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for simulation of micro relief of occlusal tooth surface during manufacturing of dental crowns. For the manufacture of replica is received a high-precision impression of coronal part. Made N replicas of the coronal part. On the obtained replicas is carried out changing of relief of occlusal surface, modeling it in preset limits with different expressions of relief. Then replicas with standart and changed occlusal surface is scanned by means of optical three-dimensional scanner. Result is transmitted in a computing device and by means of software recovered occlusion surface is divided into fractals at algorithms of breakdown, embedded in software. By means of these obtained fractals is carryed out calculation of area of each separately fractal and total across the selected occlusal surface. Obtained results are compared and by analysis results is made conclusion about the optimum area of the occlusal surface and use of any replica with complicated micro relief of occlusal surface. Replicas can be performed from plastic or composite. Relief of occlusal surface can is performed natural, partially smoothed or completely smoothed.

EFFECT: method allows increase the accuracy of manufacturing restorations by means of monitoring change in the area of the occlusal surface.
