FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine production, particularly to devices intended for complex fluids treatment. Proposed device comprises chamber with inlet and outlet channels, high-voltage source with elongated electrodes connected thereto, permanent magnets equally spaced apart with alternating polarity. Negative electrode represents conducting ferromagnetic chamber and ferromagnetic rod connected thereto and arranged along chamber axis, while positive electrode represents two conducting non-magnetic tubes that form magnetic system case and are arranged concentrically in space between the rod and chamber inner surface to make two fluid treatment chambers between the chamber inner surface and magnetic system case outer surface and between magnetic system case inner surface and central rod.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
