FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel feed control devices of internal combustion engines. Proposed fuel pressure regulator has valve housing with fuel and air chambers, valve seat with shutoff member and inlet and outlet hole for working medium. Diaphragm is clamped in diaphragm unit. Flexible member is form of cylindrical spring is clamped between support flange and guide cup, being fitted on guide rod rigidly secured on support flange. Rounded off of rod is hinge- coupled with diaphragm unit. Cylindrical spring is fitted on guide rod through bushing. Stem guide pin and concave segments to pass working medium is located in valve seat. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced labor input in manufacturing, improved performance characteristics. 4 cl, 2 dwg
