SUBSTANCE: transmitter includes ring multipole magnet put on drive shaft, comparator of magnetic induction with element sensitive to changes of magnetic field located near external cylindrical surface of multipole magnet and permanent magnet positioned in zone of sensitive element which allows parameters of output signals of transmitter to be controlled by change of value of induction of permanent magnetic displacement field in area of sensitive element by displacement of permanent magnet and/or its rotation around own axis.
