FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of testing cold rolled ply refractory metals of noncrystallized structure without annealing. Proposed method comes to making lot of specimens, testing the specimens for low cycle fatigue by one-side cantilever bending to signs of destruction visible in magnifying glass and evaluation of number of bending-unbending cycles and character of destruction: destruction in form of stratification of specimen end face, destruction in form of lip separation on plane of specimen or fatigue destruction across plane of specimen without stratification and determination of tendency of specimen material to stratification in points with due account of number of cycles and character of destruction and averaging result obtained at determining tendency of specimen material to stratification in points with due account of number of cycles and character of destruction and averaging results obtained at determining tendency of material specimens to stratification within lot of specimens. Specimens made of molybdenum МЧ, thickness 0.4 mm along direction of rolling are used as specimens of materials in lot, and magnifying glass, magnification 2.5 - 4.0 X is used in testing. Cantilever bending of each specimen pf material under testing is done through angle of 90o with bending and unbending carried out without 2-3 s. Cantilever bending of each tested specimen can be carried out in clamps with radius of 2 mm and outreach of specimen from clamps to guide equal to 16-17 mm, with slot of 1.1-1.6 mm.
