SUBSTANCE: method of finding defects onto surface of ЦМ2А rolled sheets is offered which method consists of pipe degreasing, pipe sampling, sample making and visual checking of surfaces of rolled sheets at magnification of 6-12 times by means of microscope or lens at different foreshortened of illumination. After that, the area occupied by local or continuous defects at sample is estimated and degree of clearness of defects is determined followed by notification on defects estimation at both surfaces of sample.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability of sheets; improved ability of pressing.
