FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of parts of electric vacuum process by cutting, for example target disks. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes incoming control for compliance with specifications for lamination and other defects; method includes cutting specimens for estimation of their state. Strips which do not comply with requirements of specifications are subjected to vacuum low-temperature annealing at temperature of 650 C followed by holding at heat for 0.5 h and subsequent check for mechanical properties. EFFECT: compliance with specifications; reduced consumption of molybdenum; increased yield of serviceable parts. 2 tbl, 1 ex
