FIELD: medicine, immunology, virology, oncology, transplantation. SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following: mononuclei are isolated from peripheral blood of patient, cells-targets are prepared in which capacity fertile cells of rats are utilized, mononuclei and cells-targets are mixed in proportion 20-30:1, prepared mixture is centrifuged, incubated in the course of 30 min. After this results of cytotoxic reaction are recorded by way of count of number of degranulated fertile cells of rats in percentage from total amount of fertile cells of rats in mixture of mononuclei and fertile cells of rats. Normal spontaneous cell cytotoxicity is established if value of specified index is 25- 35%, diminished cell cytotoxicity is determined if specified index is under 25% and increased spontaneous cell cytotoxicity is identified when specified index exceeds 35%. EFFECT: increased accuracy of prediction. 1 cl, 7 tbl
