FIELD: SHF communication. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to SHF transmitters and amplifiers. SHF transmitter incorporates master generator, decoupler, p-i-n attenuator, decoupler, SHF amplifier, load, source of electric energy, discriminator, power supply source, modulator, cooling system with closed fluid circuit. Vessel with cooling fluid comes in the form of tube, temperature compensator having shape of bellows is placed on side of its butt. The rest of units of transmitter such as master generator, decoupler, p-i-n attenuator, decoupler, load, source of electric energy, discriminator, power supply source and modulator are mounted on outside of heat removing unit. EFFECT: raised functional efficiency of SHF transmitter, improved mass and size characteristics of transmitter. 1 dwg
