SUBSTANCE: eight millimetre wavelength range transmitter includes a modulator, a modulator power supply, as well as an input channel, a travelling-wave tube (TWT), an output channel, a high-voltage rectifier, a first divider, a power supply, a dc amplifier, a control device, an input signal feeding waveguide W1, a waveguide connection of the input channel W2 with the TWT, a waveguide connection W3 of the output channel with the TWT, a waveguide W4 for the output signal, a plug pin for transmitting an input pulse for triggering the transmitter, a plug pin for feeding a phase A input ac supply voltage, a plug pin for feeding a phase B input ac supply voltage, a plug pin for feeding a phase C input ac supply voltage, a plug pin for feeding an input dc supply voltage, a plug pin for controlling high voltage, a plug pin for monitoring fault-free operation of the high-voltage power supply, a plug pin for controlling high power, a plug pin for transmitting a first one-time command, a plug pin for transmitting a second one-time command.

EFFECT: enabling operation of the microwave transmitter in the eight millimetre wavelength range, in a wide range of operating frequencies, with high output pulsed power.
