FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: highly secure microwave transmitter has a decoupling device, a p-i-n attenuator, a microwave amplifier, a load, a power supply and a modulator, as well as a waveguide for feeding the input microwave signal, a connector pin for feeding the carrier-frequency code, a frequency code decoder, a connector pin for connecting a mechanical interface, a connector pin for feeding commands for switching on-board radar modes and a security device. The frequency code decoder includes series-connected matching device, control device, digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) and controlled current source. The microwave amplifier includes series-connected first travelling-wave tube TWT 1, intermediate channel, second travelling-wave tube TWT 2 and output channel. The security device includes a first Hall sensor, a second Hall sensor, a subtractor, a comparator and a monostable multivibrator.
EFFECT: improved characteristics of the on-board radar station, providing high security of the transmitter, providing maximum output power of the microwave transmitter at carrier frequencies, reduced noise level, providing matching of operating modes of the two travelling-wave tubes in the transmitter.
