FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of N diversified signal transmission channels. From flow of symbols there are formed packages of M > N symbols if N is not equal to degree of number two. N orthogonal sequences of symbols are so formed from symbols of each package that each of them has all symbols of package. Principle of formation of orthogonal sequences of symbols should be known at receiving side. Diversity channel of each formed orthogonal sequence of symbols in each package is assigned and consistent transmission of package is executed. Device for realization of method includes former of packages of symbols, former of pilot signals, N modulators, N transmission antennas, unit computing length of package of symbols and former of orthogonal sequences of symbols.
