FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: the site of fracture should be opened to remove freely lying fragments. Then fragments should be repositioned to be fixed together beyond operation wound. Then the developed fragment should be put back again into the wound between fragments to be fixed to them due to either internal or external constructions. The present innovation enables to develop conditions for accurate adaptation and fixation of fragments, decrease traumaticity of soft tissues, meet optimal conditions for fracture fusion.
