FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially reducing splinters and also fixing them with wires. Each subsequent splinter is set on protruding wire end so that the wires do not project outside the bone cortical layer limits. The whole fracture structure is fixed next to it with a plate covering bone surface and provided with screws.
EFFECT: high splinters reposition and fixation accuracy; excluded clamps migration and secondary displacement of splinters.
