FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely traumatology and orthopedics. Fragments are reset one by one and fixed with wires, introduced into bone marrow canal without output through opposite cortical layer of bone. After that wires are fixed on limited part inside bone marrow canal by means of bone cement, through which additionally transosteally introduced is one of screws of on-bone construction.
EFFECT: method ensures reliable fixation of fragments and simplicity of osteosynthesis implementation in case of severe multi-fragmental fractures of tubular bones, elimination of wire migration and secondary displacement of fragments.
