FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopedics. Two crossing pins are introduced into lower third of shin at angle 45° to frontal and 15° - to sagittal planes. One of pins is drawn through both bones. Third pin passes at angle 15° to sagittal plane through calcanean tuber near point of Achilles tendon. Planes of base and reposition supports coincide. Connecting rods are placed eccentrically with displacement to ventral side on value of heel bone compression.
EFFECT: creation of biomechanically grounded transosteal osteosynthesis with minimal number of constructions which do not interfere with control over fragment reposition and dynamics of their union.
