FIELD: operation of drilling equipment, particularly, systems of control of hydraulically driven drilling rigs. SUBSTANCE: control system has rotor and lifting mechanism with ram interconnected through distributing devices by control line provided with OR-valve to power source made in form of pumps and accumulators. In this case, the first inlet of OR-valve is connected with accumulators, and its outlet, with rotor and lifting mechanism. System has drilling tongs, power slips, hydraulic manipulator connected via distributing devices by control lines with outlet of OR-valve. Power source has compressed air source made in form of gas-hydraulic expulsor pumps. Accumulators are of pneumohydraulic type. Gas cavities of expulsor pumps are interconnected via check valves and communicated with gas cavities of accumulators, and hydraulic cavities, with pumps. In this case, gas and hydraulic cavities of each accumulator and expulsor pump are provided respectively with gas and hydraulic distributing devices, and the second inlet of OR-valve is communicated via additional hydraulic distributor to line of highest pressure of one of accumulators or one of expulsor pumps. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities of control system by regulation of filling pressure of accumulators and energy recuperation at reduced power of pumps. 3 cl, 3 dwg
