FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotors of turbomachines. Proposed carrying member of turbomachine rotor has shell of revolution with curvilinear form of meridian of median surface and one or several ring belts for fastening blading, and also axial distance member. Dependent claims contain mathematical formulas to provide conditions for equality of stresses of shell in circumferential and meridian directions under action of centrifugal forces. EFFECT: reduced weight and cost, improved reliability of rotor operating at high circumferential velocities exceeding 250 m/s. 5 cl, 2 dwg
