FIELD: geophysical measurement systems to conduct investigations in boreholes. SUBSTANCE: geophysical complex has ground equipment incorporating computer and constant input unit and borehole tool coupled to it by means of logging cable. Borehole tool includes sensitive elements- multicomponent meter of absolute angular speed and three-component accelerometer which outputs are connected by cable communication channel to information input of computer. Information in the form of signals corresponding to projections of vectors of free fall acceleration and angular speed of rotation of the Earth goes from sensitive elements to input of computer under condition of point inclinometer which makes it feasible to compute parameters of dimensional orientation of axes of sensitivity elements and finally spatial position of section of borehole where borehole tool is fixed with the use of pressing facility. Under condition of seismic sonde information goes to computer from accelerometer alone in the form of signals characterizing seismic wave. Above-mentioned condition is ensured by change of characteristics of accelerometer and disconnection of meter of absolute angular velocity which is executed by unit changing operation conditions of borehole tool. One of operation conditions of geophysical complex " inclinometer-seismic sonde-movement of borehole tool " is set by means of unit changing operation conditions of complex which is positioned on surface and is coupled to both ground equipment and to unit changing operation conditions of operations of borehole tool.
