FIELD: mechanical engineering; driving antennas, television cameras, locators, and the like. SUBSTANCE: device has first and second rotating mechanisms provided with drives. Second rotating mechanism mounts rotating platform in the form of shaft- mounted slab. Each base is cylindrical in shape and is mounted on rotating unit of first rotating mechanism made in the form of hollow shaft that carries fixed gear wheel; rotating-unit hollow shaft is disposed inside first base and rotating platform shaft, inside second base. Slab is secured on opposite ends of rotating platform shaft extending from second base; shaft is provided with boss. Second rotating mechanism is mounted on rotating unit with aid of bracket in the form of pin with flange joined to butt-end surface of boss. Pin surface is stepped and one of its steps is disposed inside hollow shaft. Drive of each rotating mechanism is disposed inside respective cylindrical base within annular space between the latter and respective shaft; boss and pin have holes providing communication between sealed cavities of bases; movable seals are installed between first base and outer surface of pin as well as between second base and rotating platform shaft; fixed ones are inserted between flange and butt-end surface of boss.
