FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate arterial pressure according to centile tables in young boys and girls. At systolic pressure being above 90th centile and diastolic one being below 10th centile one should register ECG. By developed nomograms one should detect the conformity of heart rate and QT interval duration. Pathological alteration of QT interval is detected when its value comes beyond nomogram's framework.
