FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: due to electromyography one should register amplitudes for reflector contractions of m. rectus of contralateral limb at mechanical stimulation of kneeadductor T-reflex at middle position of patient's head and its turn towards this limb. Degree of asymmetric jugulartonic reflex impact upon reflector activity of m. rectus is detected due to the value of coefficient of asymmetric jugular-tonic reflex (AJTR) impact calculated by the following formula: Cajtr = (AK/AKA)×100%, where Cajtr - coefficient of asymmetric jugular-tonic reflex impact, AK - T-reflex amplitude with m. rectus of contralateral limb at middle position of patient's head, AKA - T-reflex amplitude with m. rectus of contalateral limb at head's turn towards this limb. At Cajtr = 100% there is no AJTR impact, at Cajtr decrease within 70%≤Cajtr<100% one should register moderate AJTR impact, at Cajtr<70% - pronounced AJTR impact is detected. The suggested method widens possibilities of EMG- diagnostics for the character and severity degree of coordinatory muscular interactions in 1-year-aged children and patients with disorders in psychovocal development. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 2 dwg, 3 ex
