SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and namely to cartridges for a device for cutting and ligating a tubular tissue structure. Cartridges provide means for cutting and applying one or more ligatures efficiently by a single user using a single cartridge. This results in effective closure of a vessel or other tubular tissue structure by placing the ligature at the desired location.
