FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises control elements connected to two hinge-coupled working jaws 1 and 2 with movable knife and provided at their edge with grooves 22 adapted to receive tissue positioners which are oriented along plane in which jaws 1 and 2 can diverge. Apparatus also comprises tissue positioner holders in the form of movable cords 24. Each working jaw 1 and 2 carries pair of longitudinally arranged coagulation-provoking electrodes 18 and 19, and has some grooves 22. Tissue positioners are made in the form of ligature loops 23. Grooves 22 are shaped so as to be able to accommodate both movable cords 24 and loops 23, each loop is connected to both jaws. Besides, movable knife is made in the form of blade 7 with cutting edge 8 and hinge-connected to end-arranged parallel rockers rotatably secured to jaw 2, one rocker is connected via additional articulating joint to connecting rod which is associated via tie-rod to handle-shaped control element. Working jaws 1 and 2 can be provided with heat-exchanging members made in the form of transversely extending recesses. EFFECT: possibility to simultaneous applying ligature, coagulating blood and dissecting body organs and tissues with less danger to infect stump. 3 cl, 9 dwg
