FIELD: mining; applicable in formation of fractures by rock hydraulic fracturing through borehole with aim of rock lamination of difficult-to-cave roof, coal seam degassing, control of stressed-strained state of rock mass in mine working surroundings, cutting of valuable crystalline materials and building stone. SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow cylindrical body with radial holes, self-sealing colors fastened to body opposite ends, tube from flexible material fitted on self-sealing collars and, together with them and hollow cylindrical body, forms closed cavity. Hollow cylindrical body one end has circular projection, and its opposite end is connected to tube for fluid supply and also provided with circular projection. Self-sealing collars are adjacent with their bases to respective circular projections of said body and tube. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation due to reduced labor input in its manufacture and operation, and formation of fractures in holes drilled in rocks of any hardness. 4 cl, 2 dwg
